The month of Movember is almost upon us again, and Whisky Squad have always taken great delight in getting involved in this excellent fundraising effort – the growing of absurd facial hair to raise funds and awareness for mens’ health charities the world over.
For the third year in a row we’re going to to our bit to help and run a Movember tasting, where all proceeds from tickets will be donated to the Movember cause – which this year is again prostate and testicular cancer charities.
We’re very excited to have the services of the one and only Darren Rook for this session, Founder/Director of The London Distillery Company, and he’ll be accompanied by his head distiller, Andrew Macleod-Smith.
The tasting will be in an as-yet unnamed Central London venue, but as with last year already promises to be a unique & memorable night of excellent whisky, great company, and a great way to raise money for a charity movement that’s doing great work AND encouraging guys to look ridiculous for a month.
If you’d like to participate in Movember, you can sign up on the website (and the ladies can get involved too – as Charly ably demonstrated last year!) and join as a member of the Whisky Squad team.
Bookings open Wednesday October 17th at 7:30pm
Bookings are closed for this event.
